Profile Description
The Finance Specialist is responsible for the correct accounting of assigned financial transactions, recording and accounting for benefits, controlling accounting inputs and preparing bank payments. Ensures accurate maintenance of accounting records in accordance with applicable legislation and company internal regulations. Collaborates with other departments, especially HR, in the administration of employee benefits and participates in the optimization of financial processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and process accounting inputs for assigned agendas.
- Posting of accounting transactions in accordance with internal rules and applicable legislation.
- Recording and accounting for employee benefits.
- Preparation and control of bank payments.
- Cooperation with HR in the administration of benefit programs.
- Supporting in monthly and annual financial statements.
- Archiving accounting documents and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
- Liaising with auditors and financial controllers.
- Active participation in the optimization of financial processes.
- Processing orders.
- Communication with supliers and partners.
- Reporting – statutory and management related.
Required Qualification
- Experience in accounting or finance department min. 2 years.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and tax legislation.
- Experience with accounting systems and banking operations.
- Diligence, analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, experience with ERP systems an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
- Knowledge of a foreign language (AJ at a minimum B2 level).
- Experience with export licenses is an advantage.
