Context
Invasys has a project-oriented structure allowing maximal flexibility and customization for our clients. Our projects are realized by a dedicated engineering team with the support of our science department and R&D department. Most of our projects are for governmental agencies and are addressing the export market mainly Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Your Mission and Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the project technical leader, you will be part of the development team responsible for designing, verifying, and optimizing advanced hardware solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Digital and RF hardware design, including:
- Requirements analysis.
- Circuit simulation (e.g. Keysight ADS or equivalent).
- Schematic creation.
- Preparation of product documentation.
- Development and setup of verification and calibration workstations for manufacturing.
- Including automation using SCPI commands.
- Prototyping and support of manufacturing activities.
- Collaboration on Software Defined Radio (SDR) development.
- Basic soldering and rework tasks as needed.
- Comprehensive hardware development: block-level design, component selection, and schematic design.
Job Requirements and Qualification
- Knowledge of mobile communication standards: GSM, UMTS (3G), LTE (4G), and 5G.
- Understanding of EMC principles and design practices.
- Hands-on experience with hardware development: circuit design, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing.
- Practical experience with lab instruments: oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, and vector network analyzer (VNA).
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
- Comfortable with iterative and incremental development approaches.
