Context

Invasys has a project-oriented structure allowing maximal flexibility and customization for our clients. Our projects are realized by a dedicated engineering team with the support of our science department and R&D department. Most of our projects are for governmental agencies and are addressing the export market mainly Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Your Mission and Responsibilities

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team designing robust electro-mechanical solutions for electronic devices used in demanding environments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mechanical design of enclosures and internal assemblies with focus on durability, vibration resistance, and environmental protection (e.g. IP rating, MIL standards, vehicle integration).
  • Collaboration on thermal management (airflow, ventilation, liquid cooling).
  • Supporting hardware development (RF, embedded systems, PCB integration) by contributing to mechanical and system-level design.
  • Creating 3D models and technical documentation using Autodesk Inventor.
  • Supporting mechanical production processes (e.g. CNC machining, sheet metal, 3D printing).
  • Participating in product integration, testing, and prototyping.
  • Contributing to design reviews and cross-functional collaboration throughout the development cycle.

Job Requirements and Qualification

  • Education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field.

  • Experience with 3D CAD tools (preferably Autodesk Inventor).
  • Knowledge of rugged mechanical design for electronics (shock, vibration, thermal, EMC).
  • Familiarity with electronic hardware and system-level integration (e.g. PCBs, RF shielding, connectors).
  • Understanding of cooling concepts and mechanical production technologies (CNC, sheet metal, 3D printing).
  • Ability to independently research technical solutions and components.
  • Interest in embedded, RF, and telecommunications systems is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on approach, structured problem-solving, and collaborative mindset.
