The position in context
We are looking for an independent and proactive colleague to join our team as an HR Generalist, who will oversee a wide range of HR and administrative tasks. This is a maternity leave cover with the possibility of continued cooperation afterwards.
Tasks and Responsibilities

Preparing, maintaining, and updating employment contracts and related HR documentation

Supporting and handling selected HR agenda (employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits)
- Providing administrative support in HR (internal applications, organizing teambuilding events)
- Preparing payroll inputs and communicating with external payroll provider
- Managing the attendance system, internal documentation
- Working with the Helios information system
Job Requirements and Qualification

Experience in a similar position (HR / administration)
- Active knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of the Helios system is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Czech labour law is a must
- Independence, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
