We produce mission critical hardware and software used in the most demanding environments and focus on extensive in-house research & development in the area of mobile phone and satellite communication. Our solutions are made solely by us in the Czech Republic.
The Position in Context
Our IT team is pivotal in providing developers, scientist, sales and admin staff with the tools and environments they need. IT security is important to us, and you will work alongside some highly skilled collages. Invasys is place where skills, solutions, creativity and bright ideas are valued. And, from your office you will have the best view in Brno.
Our techstack consists of:
- Proxmox, VMware, OVIRT, RouterOS, PfSense
- Ubuntu and Win server OS, ubuntu and Win workstation OS
- Gitlab, ansible, terraform
- Entire O365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD Hybrid … )
- Azure, AWS and on-premises solutions
- And many more
The IT team is Czech speaking but across the company you will find several European nationalities.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- ICT infrastructure management (networks, servers, stations)
- User support
- Developing infrastructure as code
Qualifications & Requirements
To excel in this role, you should meet most of the following qualifications and requirements:
- Good knowledge of WIN or Linux environments
- Knowledge of PowerShell or Ansible
- Experience with servers, HW and virtualization
- Able to work independently but also to advise and be a team player
- Able to learn, educate, seek information
- Able to write manuals and create workflows
- Experience with deploying, operating and monitoring highly accessible solutions
Additional Requirements
- Due to the nature of our work in the defence and security sector, candidates must be citizens of an EU / NATO country.
