Context
Invasys has a project-oriented structure allowing maximal flexibility and customization for our clients. Our projects are realized by a dedicated engineering team with the support of our science department and R&D department. Most of our projects are for governmental agencies and are addressing the export market mainly Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Your Mission and Responsibilities
In close relation with the project technical leader, you will be part of the development team responsible for designing, implementing, and improving our hardware solutions.
- Comprehensive hardware development, including design of circuit blocks, component selection, and schematic creation.
- PCB design according to specifications, including HDI and multilayer designs (up to 14 layers).
- Development of wireless communication devices and systems using LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi.
- Collaboration on Software Defined Radio (SDR) development.
- PCB manufacturing and assembly management.
- Board bring-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
- Redesign and optimization of existing hardware products.
- Management of component libraries and lifecycle.
- Creation of technical specifications and documentation.
- Prototyping, support of manufacturing, and participation in design reviews.
- Communication with hardware manufacturers and component suppliers.
Job Requirements and Qualification
- Genuine interest in electronics development.

Experience with hardware design.
- Hands-on experience with circuit design, schematic creation, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, including library management.
- Knowledge of digital electronics (e.g., JESD, PCIe, USB, FPGA, MCUs, Ethernet, SPI, LVDS).
- Understanding of analog electronics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and datasheets.
- Practical experience with lab equipment: oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with team members and other departments.
- Comfortable working in an iterative and incremental development process.
- Eagerness to support teammates, share knowledge, and continuously learn.
- Openness to receiving and acting on constructive feedback.
