Context

InvaSys has a project-oriented structure allowing maximal flexibility and customization for our clients. Our projects are realized by a dedicated engineering team with the support of our science department and R&D department. Most of our projects are for governmental agencies and are addressing the export market mainly Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Your Mission and Responsibilities

In close collaboration with the project technical leader, you will be part of the development team responsible for designing, verifying, and optimizing advanced hardware solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • work on cutting-edge RF technologies for mission-critical communication systems,

  • RF chain analysis, measurements, and optimization to ensure top performance,
  • troubleshooting network issues using high tech lab instruments and diagnostic tools,
  • preparing test procedures and documentation to verify product specifications,
  • collaborating with hardware and system engineers on integration topics,
  • supporting prototype validation and manufacturing activities,
  • opportunity to tackle complex RF challenges from design to field deployment.

Job Requirements and Qualification

  • Strong knowledge of mobile communication standards: GSM, UMTS (3G), LTE (4G), and 5G,

  • understanding of RF principles, EMC, and grounding practices,
  • hands-on experience with lab instruments: spectrum analyzer, VNA, signal generator, oscilloscope,
  • ability to analyze and solve RF-related issues in complex systems,
  • willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies,
  • advantages: experience with RAN optimization or hardware design (schematics, PCB layout).
