Our Recruitment Process

2. Initial HR Screening

Selected candidates are invited to a short interaction with our HR team. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions about the role and our company.

3. Interview with the Hiring Manager

If the initial screening goes well, you’ll meet with the hiring manager. This conversation dives deeper into your professional background and how it aligns with the team’s needs.

4. Team Interview (if applicable)

For some roles, you may also meet with future teammates. This step helps ensure mutual alignment and gives you a better sense of the team dynamics.
